What is a semi-private retreat?

A semi-private retreat is smaller than traditional yoga and wellness retreats.  The maximum capacity for a semi-private retreat will always stay between 4-6 participants.  Our semi-private retreats are carefully curated to aid in your own transformation through mind, body, and heart. We believe that this type of expansion and growth is best introduced in smaller group settings, allowing you space to practice centering your needs.  We want the experience to be intimate for all involved. 

What is your refund policy?

Black Unicorn Collective has a no-refund policy for limited events and retreats, it is important to note that each reservation for limited events/retreats are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend you may transfer your registration to a friend or family member and you will be added to the waitlist for future events and retreats.  Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class/retreat or workshop date/time may not receive a transfer. When you register for a limited-space workshop or retreat, you are agreeing to these terms.  If you have extenuating circumstances please email: info@theblackunicorncollective.com.

What do I need to bring?

Each event/retreat will indicate everything that you will need.  For all of our semi-private retreats, all yoga items (mats, props, blankets, etc) will be provided and available to use (Colorado only).  Pop-up classes will have a limited amount of yoga mats and props.  All online courses/classes will indicate what you should have prepared to use during class.  While yoga props are helpful in your home practice, they are not required for you to have, and we will talk through alternative supports you can use created from common household items.  

Do you have payment plans?

ABSOLUTELY!!! We never want cost to be the reason you are not able to join us.  If you need a payment plan you can email, info@theblackunicorncollective.com.  Our standard payment plans can spread out over 4 months or 8 months. If that will not work, please reach out to info@theblackunicorncollective.com

What kind of food will there be?

For most of our retreats, the meals will be vegetarian or vegan-friendly.  In your event registration, there will be a drop-down menu, where you can select your options.

You are free to bring your food, snacks, and or drinks to any retreat.  For all retreats and events, we ask that you adhere to the stated food or drink restrictions specified on the event page.  If you have further questions please email info@theblackunicorncollective.com  

What about covid?

As an immune-compromised individual, it is important to keep everyone safe.  For this reason for ALL retreats, you will need to have a confirmed NEGATIVE COVID test at least 48 hours before attending our events, as well as sharing vaccination status upon arrival.

Attendees of all classes, events, or retreats offered by the Black Unicorn Collective, operated by Steph Lindsey, consent that from time to time their image or likeness may be photographed, or otherwise recorded.
