About the Event
The Call…
Autumn is a season of letting go and taking stock. A season that encourages us to turn inward, take inventory and decide what is worth keeping and letting go of the rest. It’s a time of reflection, release and transition. Take time to look back on all that you have accomplished, and truly appreciate the results of your efforts. This is YOUR invitation to acknowledge all of your progress, both big and small. Then, look forward to the remainder of this year and all the potential it still holds. As we enter this season, I invite you to take these next three days to nourish your mind and body, create and foster a vision for the next chapter of your life, reflect on the journey that has led you to this moment and release what no longer needs to be carried.
The Weekend...
Exploring practices like Hatha/Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Guided Meditation and Nidra. We will gather Thursday between 5:00 and 6:45 to settle into our guest home with an intention circle followed by reflective space and dinner. We’ll close the evening with a guided meditation practice. Friday morning we will rise with a journal & flow in nature (weather permitting), designed to invite you into a space of reflections. Our afternoon will be spent creating a manifestation map and enjoying nature and the sights of Breckenridge, closing the evening with a restorative practice. Saturday will open with a Soul Flow with ample downtime between our creation workshop, followed by dinner, a sister circle journal session that will lead into an evening Yin flow and Nidra session. Sunday enjoy a moving meditation of Surya Namaskar with breakfast and our closing sister circle before departing.
